Questions We Get a Lot
Most home golf simulator setups call for a minimum ceiling height of 9 to 10 feet, with 10 feet or more being the ideal range for a full, unrestricted swing. Room width and depth also matter — a dedicated space of at least 12 by 15 feet gives you comfortable clearance on all sides. We recommend measuring your intended room carefully before purchasing.
A standard guideline is to add at least 5 feet of clearance on every side of the table to allow a full cue stroke without obstruction. For an 8-foot table, a room of roughly 13.5 by 17 feet tends to work well; a 12-foot snooker table calls for significantly more space. Measuring the room before purchase ensures you get the experience the table is designed to deliver.
Infrared sauna cabins are designed for indoor use and are typically assembled in a dedicated room, basement, or large bathroom with adequate ventilation. Most cabins arrive as pre-cut, interlocking panel systems that the customer assembles on-site without specialist tools. Checking your local building codes regarding electrical requirements before installation is always a sound step.

About Our Best Sellers
A well-appointed leisure space is one of the most personal investments a homeowner can make — and the products that consistently lead that conversation sit at the intersection of serious performance and considered design. Golf simulators bring championship-calibre play indoors, using launch-monitor technology and high-definition display systems to deliver a practice and play experience that mirrors conditions on a real course. Pool and snooker tables represent a different kind of craftsmanship: slate beds, hardwood frames, and precision-levelled playing surfaces that reward the room they inhabit as much as the game itself. Infrared sauna cabins introduce a daily wellness ritual to the home, built around radiant heat technology housed in purpose-designed timber cabins. What unites all three categories is the same principle — these are not incidental purchases. They are long-term commitments to how a space feels, functions, and reflects the standard of the person who owns it. Choose for quality of build, suitability of scale, and the experience you want that room to hold.
